To be with the man of her dreams, she’ll have to face her worst nightmares…

Ari is looking to live a normal life. But after she hits her head, normal is no longer an option. A mysterious, rugged man appears, whom only she can see… each night he fulfills her fantasies and leaves her begging for more. She’s sure he’s a figment of her imagination—until she finds out the hard way that he’s all too real. Now, to truly be with him, Ari will have to embrace the parts of herself she’s been desperately keeping at bay.

Dalir’s been burned by love before, yet he can’t resist Ari’s beauty and charm. And all it takes is one kiss to spark nights of passion. But there’s danger on the horizon that only Dalir and his friends in the band Thane’s Redemption can deal with. And the longer he stays with Ari, the greater the peril to them both. Will the two of them be strong enough to fight for their newfound love—and their lives?

This story was so much more than I expected. Time travel is always an interesting sub-genre of reading. The possibilities of when-to-when, who-to-when, are virtually endless.

But Ms. Crespo writes time travel differently. It isn't so much the when-to-when or who-to-when in her stories. It's the who-to-who. Connection. Heart to heart. Soul to soul. The attraction between Dalir and Ari is undeniable but their relationship is deeper than that. Why? It begins with friendship.

Dalir remembers love. He also remembers loss. He's lived with that both memories, loss more than love, for too many years. He also knows betrayal at the hands of a family member. The dimension he was in was his prison; the group of men he traveled with were now his family. Then he meets Ari and his world, his mind, his heart are never the same again.

Ari's special. Not just because she has visions and can sense emotions but also because she can see and hear Dalir when no one else can. That fact makes for an interesting first encounter, but it isn't the only thing that makes her special.

Readers often talk about strong heroines, how a female lead is the male lead's perfect compliment. She pushes him beyond his comfort zone, makes him reevaluate situations and see them differently. She stands back-to-back with him in battle, holds his hand and stands shoulder-to-shoulder with him in difficult times. She refuses to back down or away just because others say to or because others don't see her value. He sees her value, knows her strength, trusts her explicitly.

This is Ari. This is Ari to Dalir. This is what makes their relationship stunning.

Ms. Crespo writes breathtaking time travel romances. The connection matters just as much as the reason for the dimensional traversing. Dalir's story is a wonderful addition to this series and I hope other readers appreciate, and recommend, it as much as I do.
